How do you create your risk assessment?

Fischer Computertechnik tied up the package "TIM@Risikobeurteilung" together with RIEDEL GmbH. It is including all necessary tools in order to create and manage risk assessments in an independent manner with support of TIM-RS®.

By the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EG, the DIN Technical Report 146 and other standards and guidelines, the statutory requirements for technical documentation were tightened. In order to fulfill these requirements of the international product liability according to documentation requirements, particularly mechanical engineers and manufacturers have to carry out a more detailed risk assessment.

 

Fischer Computertechnik tied up the Package "TIM@Risikobeurteilung" together with RIEDEL GmbH, in order to offer support to their customers when creating the risk assessment The package comprises the following three elements:

  • the guideline as a guide to the gradual creation of the risk assessment
  • prepared templates, modules, examples, structures, standards, guidelines and
  • Two days of analysis and advice.

The package "TIM@Risikobeurteilung" includes guidelines, templates, analysis as well as advice.

 

According to the given customer situation, a methodical approach to the Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) method is exemplary trained and analyzed and an understanding regarding the risk assessment is provided. As part of this consultation a risk assessment for one of his machines or components will be created together with the customer and therefore, the customer receives a tool to create additional risk assessments in an independent manner with support of TIM-RS. The package "TIM@Risikobeurteilung" is available as an extension of the content management system TIM-RS and ensures the creation and management of the risk assessment.
